REVIEW: Santee Holographic Glow Drop

REVIEW: Santee Holographic Glow Drop

Santee Holographic Glow Drop debuts as a multi-purpose liquid highlighter and bronzer. They come in a small glass bottle with a fluid dropper design. They remind us of the CoverFX Custom drops, which are priced at $42 at Sephora while these only costs $5 on our website. Despite the price difference, they perform pretty similarly.

The Santee Holographic Glow Drop is highly pigmented, much more pigmented than we expected, and gives us a very intense glow. You only need very minimal product for that wet, shiny glow. If you prefer a natural highlight, this isn't for you. Our favorite way to apply the Holographic Glow Drops is using a wet sponge or a brush. With your fingers, it can actually get a little messy and will stay on your hands, so be careful! It stayed on our face (and hands) for a whole day and had minimal fading. We did not top it off with a powder highlighter, but you can do that to set it if you want to, which might extend the longevity of the product. Either way, the product is still amazing, especially for the price. We were able to bronze and illuminate without having to spend a fortune. We were able to get all 6 colors for under $20! Now that is amazing!

This actually contains 0.7oz of product, which is more than the CoverFX Custom Drops, which only has, 0.5oz, so you are getting a much greater value with this product.

Santee Bronzer Swatch

Highlighter colors (Left to Right: Moon Light, Rose Gold, Peach Pearl)

Santee Bronzer Swatches

Bronzer colors: (Left to right: Sweet Candy, Glory Gold, Perfect Bronze)

So here are the takeaways:

  • Pigmented
  • Long-lasting
  • Inexpensive/Affordable
  • Has 6 colors
  • Cruelty-Free
  • Travel-friendly

  • Maybe too glittery for some people
  • If using hands to apply, it can stain

We found a great dupe for the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops, and we want you to give it a try! For such a small price, it doesn't hurt to try and we know you'll love it as much as we do!
